Join Patience Scarles & the Yoga Hike Club for a 40 minute guided walk through native bush, including mindfulness at a beautiful location and community connection, followed by a 40 minute gentle yoga practice at Little Oneroa (suitable for first-timers and experienced yogis alike). Tea and treats provided.
